27 weeks pregnant,new job, ignoring criticism in Life of a Mama Cat

 I am 27 weeks pregnant. My husband can't apply for other jobs until he gets his ID in the mail. When I went to go check on my mom's property today my husband said I wasn't allowed because we don't have enough gas money. Mom said it was fine. When I went to use my WIC to get food he told me no. I am not allowed to use it till he says. He said he wants us to forage in the woods for morels. I asked him what happens if he isn't sure it's poisonous. I told him we can pick blackberries if we are sure exactly what they are but I am not eating foods I am not sure of.

 I told him if he is so worried about food we can go get donations from a church to help us get by. He said churches donate to people who really need it not us.

 I told Talan I am tired of the control bullshit that I am going sign up to work for doordash. I know my son will be born in a matter of months but I can't lose everything I own waiting on my husband ID to come in. I chose doordash because I can work around my medical issues... If I need to I can quit and get medical help as needed. I am tired of feeling defenseless. I know it's just delivering food but it's better than having nothing.

 Any doordashers has any advice for me? I think I am going to start delivering today
