In the Life Log - Day 77 in JY 2025

Today was a great day. I was able to get around 8.5 hours of sleep this time around (probably super tired still from the past few days). I did not dream about work this time around which is a welcome change; however had another weird one relating to buying a new iPhone lol. I’m just glad that it was nothing disturbing.

I decided to go out today to do some errands and get some sunshine. The weather was really pleasant - not too hot nor humid. I had my haircut done first, and went to mass. Today, we celebrate Jesus’ ascension to heaven and the homily touched on how we should express genuine joy for those who have made their dreams come true (rather than jealousy or envy). It is yet another timely reminder.

I was still having bouts of anxiety throughout the day, but not as bad (or so I’d like to think). Regardless, I’m feeling accomplished. Here’s to hopefully a great June for all of us.
