In the Life Log - Day 72 in JY 2025

Today was a good day. Once more, I was immediately knocked out and was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 8-ish hours. I did dream about work again, but forgot what it was already the moment I woke up. If anything, I’m sure it was not disturbing. I didn’t have any of the bad 3 + didn’t have to take my anti-panic medicine so I’m truly happy about that.

Work was quite eventful once more. I had my final catch-up with my boss (his last day is this Friday), and we got to talk about my overseas trip and other stuff - mostly, his upcoming departure. I have to admit that I’m feeling very jittery about it because our work dynamic has been very good for the most part (or so I’d like to think), and not having him around will open the floodgates to unreasonable demands from our colleagues lol. I had a couple new items that I’ve worked on today - one being a 25 pager that took longer than it should have because of its complexities. Hopefully no other issues from my manager especially given that I’ve worked on it for a good.. 4 or 5 hours lol. I worked an hour extra - maybe will get the chance to offset it in the next few days.

I’m pooped mentally; good thing I’m not working out this week. Hopefully the next couple days’ workload will be more sane.
