In the Life Log - Day 70 in JY 2025

Today was a great day. As expected, I was immediately knocked out the moment I closed my eyes and got about 11 hours in total (8 hours straight + every hour or so). I did dream about work again, mostly handing the souvenirs to my colleagues; I think my anxieties on my return to work tomorrow are manifesting already. Other than that, I’m happy that no disturbing dreams were had. In addition, I didn’t have any of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take my anti-panic medicine either so I’m grateful for that.

Majority of the day was spent chilling. Since I woke up late, that meant brunch. Afterwards, I was just aimlessly browsing on YouTube. My mom called as well and we did a bit of catch-up. Prior to this journal, I listened to mass online, to which the homily focused on the value of love.

Just like that, another day has come and gone. I’m truly amazed at how the days just flew by, and with that, the end of my break. I can only hope that my worries from tomorrow onwards are unfounded.
