I once heard somewhere that the more a person smiles, their moods are generally better. even if they're not feeling fantastic, if they put in an effort to smile a little more, it somehow subconsciously does lift their mood a little compared to if they didn't smile. I don't know if there's any scientific facts behind this, but it's certainly an interesting thought.
I have found and read that you could trick your mind and emotion by forcing a smile, or even a laugh and running with it, and then that takes over and affects your mind and body. It’s real. I’m doing it this morning and feeling lazy, but better now forcing a smile on my face.
