I Need To Talk To A Professional in Help Me Please

I talked toi my son and he suggested that I talk to someone so I can figure out how to not want to kill or stab my landlady and come up with solutions other then moving to deal with her. So the next time I talk to my doctor I will be asking him for a refural and then go from there. And I also need to learn how to get people like my landlady to listen and do what I need done and not have her tell me it’s her house and she doesn’t have to.
Yesterday was abetter day because I got to light my candle for a few hours and it was really nice just watching the candle wax melt and the fire flicker. And whenI wanted to blow it out I took it outside and blew it out and there is no smell so that is what I am going to do. And as for the coldness I feel when I wake up I will be putting the stove on and I don’t care if her electricity goes through the roof. She is not going to dictate to me what I can and can’t do to be comfortable she just can’t do that. I call that mental abuse and it’s wrong.
These last few days I have been a bit happier because all the things she told me to do I am not doing because I need these things to make me happy and feel like I have some control. And if I don’t have control of my enviorment I don’t have control of me and that is when I get depressed and miserable. And that is going to stop. So with the help and my determination I should be back to the way I was a few years ago.
Onto something else…
After breakfast hubby and I are going to go do some shopping and then spend the rest of the day watching foot ball and maybe hockey. I have my list and hopefully the store has everything that is on it and then we can go home and relax.
