Errands? in Help Me Please

So many places and so little time. I wonder how people who work 18 hours a day get what they need done before night falls? And if the weather isn’t co=operating then it makes for even a longer day because all those cars have no place to go real fast and that is when the major accidents happen. And this is when the control you do have disappears and you have to trust someone else, like the car in front of you not to cause an accident.
The thing with cars is that they sometimes take more time to get to where you are going then say the bus or even walking. At least when you walk you can go as fast as you want and go in a direction where you can just go without getting stuck or stopping.
So today is suppose to be the better weather day because the rain will be what they call light. So I wont look like a drowned rat when I come back home.
I am finding it a lot easier to be walking up hills now since I am at goal and I am not getting as tired and my heart rate isn’t beating so fast like it once did like 6 months ago. And my speed will only get faster as I lose more weight and gain more muscles in my legs and I have less fat in my body.
All day yesterday I was asking my mom about Lean Body mass and Body Mass Index and she told me it’s basically the same that it measures how much fat you have in your body and the best way to be is at the lower end of the scale. Like for someone my height I need to be at about 23 which is very doable. I figure I have about another 15 or 20 pounds to lose and I will be there. And the one thing I am slowly doing is eating less simple carbs because I am finding the sugar jolt is not something I want anymore. And that sense of sweet I consider not a real sweet it’s mixed with chemicals that your body doesn’t need.

Onto something else....

I finally got my son to call about his booster and he told me they will text him somewhere on the 26th of January or something because that is his 6 months and I also told him if he doesn’t get it he won’t be coming here to spend any time. So he is going to get it. I also told him he has all of my containers and I need them back so hopefully sometime soon I will get them all back and all clean.

Onto something else....

B.C. top doctor is going to be keeping some of the restrictions for at least another month because of the number of cases for that Omicron and the numbers that are in the hospital and the ICU. people really need to get vaccinated or there will never be a normal life and we will always have restrictions of where we can go or not go.

Hubby finally got his Canada 99 masks and he gave me one and I really like it it feels comfortable and fits better then the non medical ones. And it should last longer These masks have been said to be one of the top 5 best ones in the world so whatever they cost it’s worth the price just to be and feel safe.
And Hubby’s birthday present should be here by the end of the week and his dinner will either be gotten today when I go grocery shopping or next week before the next weekend. And he will be getting his favorite cake with no icing and no candles just like he said he wanted. But then the cake is just a formality and he really doesn’t care if he has it or not. But I want his day to be perfect and I will do everything in my power to make it that way for him. The things we do for love.....
