Nine More To Go in Help Me Please

I can finally see that bright light at the end of that preverbal tunnel everyone keeps talking about. And the closer I get the brighter it is so I know I can reach my ultimate end sometime before my next birthday.
This time I have done my journey basically all a lone because there were no in person meeting and no information really given. Although I do have groups I belong to but it’s just not the same because you really don’t know if they really care about you or not.
And there are so many things I have stopped eating just because they have no nutritional value and your body really doesn’t work hard enough to digest them. Like Juice or those protein drinks. And when you make the liquid in a blender the bulkiness changes and it doesn’t really make you fee full and you just want more. And also I don’t eat hardly any sugar or salt(like chips and nuts)
Every once in a while I do miss eating them but then I just remember how I felt after I ate the whole bag or the whole box. I need to learn how to eat the recommended portion size with out wanting more. That will be my next thing I do. But then if I took a walk everyday then I could eat those things but until I do I just stay away from them.

Onto something else.....

Today I am going to take a walk up the hill and then down the hill and I want to see if it will take me less time because I think I will be walking faster and not getting so tired and wanting to stop and catch my breath every 10 steps. I figure I should be able to walk a mile in about 10 minutes one way so that is my new walking goal.
And for dinner I am going to be making a beef stew because I think it’s been cold enough for something like that. And besides I like the one pot stuff because there isn’t much of a clean up mess to do. Or clean up.
Tomorrow is sports all day and Sunday is another grocery shopping day for hubby and I. other then that not much is happening it will be just the way I like it, nice and quiet.

Anyways I want to get to the store and back so I can start my stew....
