Last night, I went to bed at 7pm. I woke myself up, a lot due to talking in my sleep. My wake-up time was 1:30 am. I went through my morning routine, then started my laundry. I cleaned out my refrigerator, and took trash out to the dumpster. I called the caging terminal, because another tenant told me their was a bad water leak coming from the ceiling, in the sixth floor chapel of our building. The on-call maintenance worker arrived. He took over from there. I am feeling somewhat sleep deprived and aimless. I guess that is standard, given my wake up time.
At the beginning of assignment 3, I will be studying the Urinary System. Perhaps tomorrow would be a good day to begin the required reading. I will see, because tomorrow morning, I have to go up tom the hospital’s blood draw lab to have my B6, B12 and vitamin D levels checked through bloodwork. I am allowed water, only 8 to 10 hours before they draw the blood. I am not even allowed to have black coffee before the test. I will go up on the bus, as early as possible. The first bus out of Overbrooke arrives at 7:18 am. These levels and panels are being drawn in order that my neurologist can determine what types of supplements I need. I was on a monthly vitamin B12 injection, administered at my doctor’s office, but I had no refills and had not been to see the neurologist since 2019, so they scheduled an appointment for me, which I went to, last Thursday. More later.
