Started this last night…
Watching The Boys, and The Deep is tripping on shrooms and having a conversation with his gills, voiced (I’m pretty sure) by Patton Oswalt, and I’m losing my shit. Omg. It’s amazing. This show is so dark but still so damn funny.
My kid ate what we made for dinner! It’s a freakin’ miracle!
I made low carb cheesecake for Thomas, finally. It came out great! Thank the baking gods for Swerve, and erythritol in general.
Nathan did great at karate. Watching them spar is the cutest thing ever.
Now to today… I cleaned up the kittens’ room and officially released them from the pack n play. They are loving it. Mama seems to be ok with things. This will make them easier to socialize, too. They’re already more willing to cuddle.
7lbs down, 10% of the way there and I’m sticking to this shit. Even straying for a day puts me back 2-3 days. I know it’s basically water weight, but it’s discouraging and I don’t need it. We’re not eating out and I actually have Thomas on board with a flexitarian diet! I’m pretty impressed, but then, he’s starting to feel the weight, too. I try to reassure him that I love him no matter what, but I know we’ll both feel better in general with a better diet and less weight. We can do it.
Ok, I’m going to procrastinate doing the dishes by meal planning!
