Baby Fever in Staying Connected

I just ordered my daughter one more sweatshirt and one more pair of shoes to get her through the season. She outgrew her favorite pair of pink shoes, and now all she has are her cowgirl boots and a pair of dark denim Velcro shoes with pink stars. They’re both super cute, but she needs shoes of a lighter shade to complete her wardrobe. She also outgrew the two sweatshirts I ordered her. All of these items were purchased less than three months ago!

I also had a chance this morning to go through all of the clothes we have in sizes 0-3 months and 3-6 months. I pulled out about half of them to send to my sister for her new daughter. Her package will include 1 fluffy hooded jacket with ears, 7 footie pajamas, 9 long-sleeved onesies, and 6 pairs of baby leggings—all like new. I also found 1 lightweight jacket and 1 pair of footie pajamas that I’m going to save for Terra’s baby boy. I kept a bunch of things for Morgan, too, of course. I expect it’s going to be pretty hot here in July, but I still kept 1 lightweight jacket, 2 footie pajamas, 3 long-sleeved onesies, and 3 pairs of baby leggings just in case, not to mention all of the short-sleeved onesies and rompers. Baby clothes are so cute!

Did I mention I can’t wait for my doctor’s appointment? It’s the only thing keeping me from going nuts and buying everything right now.
