My daughter is currently napping, and when she wakes up we’re going to go pick up a whole white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake that I just ordered with a gift card from The Cheesecake Factory. Guess how much it cost? FREE. For me at least, haha.
After that we’ll come home, pack my daughter up for the evening, and bring her over to my in-law’s.
I picked out PF Changs as the place to order in from. I’m going to get chicken lettuce wraps, spring rolls, veggie fried rice, and California rolls. I looked it up and they’re not real sushi because its just imitation crab meat, so its safe for pregnant people!
THEN we decided that we’re going to rent the movie, Greenland. It’s a new Gerard Butler (he’s so fun to watch!) disaster movie. It looks pretty entertaining.
The rest of the night after that will most likely be spent in the bedroom. Honestly, my daughter woke up at 5:30am this morning, and I probably got 20 minutes of sleep after that because of the disruptions, so I don’t expect “the rest of the night” to be very long. But I took a LONG shower this morning, and this feels like a rare opportunity, so no matter how exhausted I am… things WILL happen in the bedroom.
It would probably be smart for me to try to take a nap right now, but my fear is that if I lay down, my child will sense it and wake up IMMEDIATELY. I don’t know. We’ll see how I feel after I post this.
