Laundry Day. in And So It Goes....

Now that all of the birthday and holiday celebration is behind me, I intend to catch up on all of my laundry that has inadvertently been piling up in secured trashbags on the far side of my bedroom. I will catch up, and when I do that will free up some time for what I like to do most, which is baking. At the onset of the Christmas holiday season, and even as far back as Thanksgiving, I became overwhelmed about the holidays, b/c friends and family like my baking, but the disorder of my small intestine (Duodenitis), and my Bipolar 1 Disorder had kicked in, in a very ACUTE way. Needless to say, I never got around to doing any major baking. I did get around to baking Nut Butter Ball cookies for my sister’s friend. He liked them very much. I will get back into baking mode, now that the pressure is OFF. I never used to be like this. Parts begin to wear out, as we age, and I do not think that my central nervous system is all that it used to be, LOL. Seriously, though now that the holidays are behind me, I am breathing a big sigh of relief. Bear just called. I will continue this, later.

I've been on a laundry mission too, it is utterly overwhelming. I also like to bake! What is your favourite thing to make?

Well, my best effort is probably Rozky, which are little nut rolls, but they are a process to make. Yes, the laundry is somewhat overwhelming, LOL.

I've been cruising around here and 90% of the diarists are doing their wash. Happy belated birthday if I forgot before. I will write an entry sometime tonight. :-)

LOL about the laundry comment. Thank you for the birthday wishes. :)

Laundry is never-ending, but I actually enjoy it to an extent.

If I am not too tired, I like to fold laundry.
