Dizzy in Moving Into a New Nest

I woke up Tuesday morning with the room spinning. Like drunker than I've ever felt dizzy (though zero alcohol was involved. Actually I've gone almost a whole week without a drink, and that was a weak drink at that.) Was quite scared, but after some juice and a protein bar felt better and went on about my day. Then the dizziness kept happening. Laying down on the couch, getting up off of the couch. Looking behind me. Walking to the bathroom. Ah fuck. Maybe it will go away.
Nope.
When a stubborn man like me who will only see a doctor if it is absolutely necessary decides to visit a doctor, you know it's bothering the hell out of me. This is coincidentally my first doctor visit since being insured through work. Which occurred in January....of 2013. I don't visit the doctor much). Question: When you call ahead to PrimaCare (yeah I'm ghetto; I don't have a general doctor) why do they not understand I'm calling to make an appointment later....not now. Of course when I did show up at the time I stated....it was empty. Alright then.
I do not believe this doctor has English as even his second language, and he had me do tests that I believe he stole from the police sobriety unit. I have a sinus infection affecting my inner ear, and this the balance; I now am taking three medications, and I'm approximately 30-40% better 2 days later. I was honestly hoping for better but give it time I guess.
I'm just going to assume alcohol is a no-no with at least one of these medications. A glass of wine would not have been a bad idea otherwise.

Lay off the booze even longer and maybe your health and "innovation" will increase.
