No progress in Diet and exercise.

I worked really hard at the gym this week however my weight has remained at 14'5 i did however lose 1.1kilo of fat which means I've gained muscle in place of fat % which i suppose i'm pleased about.

I guess next week i will just have to incorperate even more cardio into my exercise routine and eat a little better. Its easter tomorrow so i wish you all a happy easter, my mum got me a terrys chocolate orange but i'm not entirely sure if i will indulge in it; mainly from fear of losing my willpower and getting off track.

On another hand it may be good for the soul and a small treat for all my hard work so far. I'm undecided anyway. We got some vegetarian sausage powder today which you just add water too. Being processed food they are not the healthiest thing in the world but they are cheap and convenient because of the shelf life; £1.60 for 8 sausages. And its not just sausages i suppose they could be turned into meatballs or anything.

I'm still kinda glum about this week, its been rather disappointing and i had a real blow to my confidence with Lauren when her attempt at friendship and all the trust and secrets she told me just turned out to obviously be some farce so she could vent her emotions. Thats what i got from the experience anyway.

I hope things start to look up, i feel lonelier than ever at the moment.
