Heh.. I am new with this diagnosis. I also feel like I breathe wrong and I end up hurting myself haha. But sooooo much more makes sense now.

Yes, exactly. And I am the opposite. My muscles have all been locked down to protect the dumbassery thats been going on in my body. I liken it to like 3 cops trying to police a villiage of gang members LMAOOO
