Sawzall in Day to Day

My favorite tool is a reciprocating saw, hands down. It’s fun. I butchered 2 wood pallets and reassembled their carcasses into a really cool set of cemetery gates, some old-school wood signs, and 4 tombstones. I can’t wait to get them up and in place! I need some hinges to attach stands to them, so that’ll be the next trip out. Meanwhile, I’m exhausted.

The exterminators came out with their insanely pricey quotes. 😵 One is $800-1000, the other is $550 up front, $90 a month for a year, then $30 a month for another year. This is where basic math is important for EVERYONE. I need to call the guy and ask if a check is as good as cash, otherwise we’ll be hitting ATMs for the next few days… Thanks USAA for having LITERALLY 2 branches in Texas. 🤦

D&D tomorrow, yaaay! I need to go to the store for stuff for a dessert, actually… Might get hinges while I’m out. I’m so excited! I love my game group.

I have so much housework to do… Might take a quick shower and then get to it. The joy of being unemployed!

Good job! I have never used a reciprocating saw :-( I can think of a lot things I could make with pallets :-)
