Of September 1... in And So It Goes....

Tomorrow, in the afternoon, I will be very busy. I have business to take care of, and am then going to Walmart. My youngest daughter is picking me up after she gets off of work from her direct care worker job.
The gastrointestinal physician, upon his findings in performing the colonoscopy, ordered lab work. Yeah, I have to go to his office to get a container in which to put a stool specimen. Another day, while at home in the morning, I will obtain a sample, then will have to take it to the lab within two hours of collecting the specimen. Ain’t we got fun.
The findings showed that I have stomach irritation. He put me on two new medications. The medication for my stomach has caused no side effects. The other is a powder in packets that you combine with two to six ounces of water in the event that you have diarrhea. I used some this morning. It did not taste bad. It caused the diarrhea to subside, right quick.
Well, my friends Fall is upon us. So Labor Day falls on September 7th. I am making as much space in my freezer as I possibly can, for holiday baking. I might start early this year. I am already getting in that “mode”.
Question : Do any of my reading audience know of microwave food items that have a shelf life, do not have to be frozen and can be popped in the microwave for a quick meal? I know that Hormel, I believe sells those “Compleats”, for example, that can be stored in your kitchen cupboard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)

What about a baked potato in the microwave? Can top it with healthy toppings and some cheese. Or quesadilla.

i don't use these myself so not sure how they are exactly.. but i've seen packets of rice and pasta that you just microwave, they might be ok to test out.. that's a hard question! a lot of stuff you have to keep in the freezer or fridge before you microwave it.. i've also done oatmeal in the microwave but not sure how you feel about that for supper lol i do it for a meal but it's not for everyone
