What do You do with Leftover Cabbage and Onions? in And So It Goes....

You make Haluski! :) I chopped up the cabbage that I bought, minus what I used to make cabbage rolls and fried it. I saute’d onions, then added them to the cabbage, adding plenty of salt and pepper, all the while. After that I boiled egg noodles, only to al dente’ stage. I added them to the other mixture. It made a lot! :)
