Ingredients:
Tortillas (we like to use flour tortillas, Mission “Street Tacos”)
Chicken (we buy a bulk bag of frozen chicken, cook it in the oven, shred it, and heat it up with taco seasoning)
Taco Seasoning (also bought in bulk)
Shredded cheese (we buy the store brand, pre-shredded, organic, Mexican blend)
Tomato
Cilantro
Lime Juice
This recipe is self explanatory. We just microwave the tortillas. Assuming we cook the chicken ahead of time (as we often do), it’s just a matter of reheating it on the stove-top with the taco seasoning. My husband usually does this and I’m pretty sure he just eyeballs it as far as seasoning-to-chicken ratio and timing.
