3 months 1 week post op in Pudendal Decompression Surgery

Things to be greatful for
1) Was able to sit outside for a long time despite the heat
2) Had a few really good hours today before it went downhill
3) The bladder issues were under control
4) Was able to write today.
5) Made some progress on a work project

Bad things
1) Felt the pain kick in after the second meal I ate of the day
2) A lot of stabbing in the sacrum area
3) Had a overwhelming day at work.
4) Starting to doubt my abilities
5) Still waiting on more money stuff
