Good things
1) Felt better than yesterday
2) Got through a dr. appt with minimal anxiety
3) Walked to the mailbox
4) Got some writing done
5) In a better mood
Bad things
1) Worried about food and my weight
2) Dealt with other personal stressful stuff today
3) On and off bladder issues
4) Stinging pain in between my hip and leg
5) Still worried on money
COVID 19 roars on
