I brought the damned treadmill in our room to have better access to it and it seems every time I want to walk on it after work, my bf is asleep in the room. Ugh! I’m gonna have to move it back into the extra room, then on my days off probably move it back into our bedroom again so I don’t wake up the roommate because I want to begin walking early in the morning on my days off and the roommate doesn’t wake up til after 10am(he goes to work in the afternoon)..
This is ridiculous! Ugh! Doesn’t help motivate me at all.
Just walked 30 minutes. Burned 185 calories.
I’m gonna try walking for a half hour everyday for now and maybe on my days off, walk longer. I need to get some sort of exercise in. I’m hoping in time I’ll be able to maybe jog a bit.
