11.4 lbs down in 16 days. I was hoping for more, now that my monthly friend is officially gone.
But that isn’t too shabby. Hoping to work out more to try to get down quicker.
Ate some apple cinnamon oatmeal with 1/2 of the small box of raisins/cranberries.
Almost 200 calories.

I checked weight, it’s 7.2 lbs down. Which is good for 8 days (IMO).
So it’s not as low as it was, but it’s still getting there.
Well, it could be because I just went to the bathroom and water weight, but it was 7.5 lbs down from New Years eve.
I will check weight again later to see if it really is that amount, or just aft...
